THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare chance to take real ownership of property acquisition strategy at one of Northern Ireland's most dynamic and ambitious property investment and development companies. As Acquisitions Manager, you will be the driving force behind identifying, assessing, and securing both on- and off-market property investment opportunities, directly influencing client outcomes and company growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Sourcing & Acquisition

• Identify and secure high-potential on- and off-market property investments across Northern Ireland.
• Actively source properties through estate agents, private sellers, and local networks to maintain a consistent deal pipeline.
• Conduct thorough property inspections and site viewings to assess investment potential.

Financial & Market Analysis

• Analyse investment opportunities including yields, ROCE, comparable market evidence, and risk factors.
• Prepare comprehensive investment packs that translate financial and market data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.

Negotiation & Deal Execution

• Represent client interests during purchase negotiations to secure favourable terms and maximise return on investment.
• Progress acquisitions efficiently through conveyancing and due diligence processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion.

Portfolio & Relationship Management

• Maintain detailed records of active leads, offers, completed deals, and historical data for strategic portfolio management.
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with estate agents, developers, and key market stakeholders to sustain market intelligence.

Reporting & Strategic Support

• Prepare and present acquisition proposals and market insights to senior management.

Support refurbishment and contracting teams through post-acquisition administration and project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property acquisition, real estate investment, or a related sector.
• Proven track record of sourcing and completing on- and off-market property deals.
• Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market, including residential, commercial, and development opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
