We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Collections Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, engaging with clients to secure payments, and maintaining accurate records. Training & Development ProgrammeAs part of our commitment to developing talented individuals, all Collections Hub employees undertake a structured 12-week training and development programme during their probationary period.
Employees will be enrolled into the Collections Hub pathway, combining formal training, shadowing, supervised case handling, and practical application. The programme consists of:
Following successful completion of the Collections Hub programme and probationary period, employees will be allocated to one of the Collections teams, either as a Collections Agent or Account Manager.
This position is conditional, subject to a three-month probationary period, where training and ongoing support will be provided throughout, alongside regular progress meetings to help you develop within the role.
