Recruitment Consultant – Finance

My client, an established finance recruitment business with multiple offices across the UK, is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.

The role:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process within the finance sector
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Sourcing and placing candidates across contract and/or permanent roles
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
• Building and growing your own desk within an established market

• Previous recruitment or sales experience (finance recruitment preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
