Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies that drive ticket sales and growth
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, creating a clear and scalable structure
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Drive digital performance, analytics, and CRM effectiveness
  • Act as the main marketing contact for promoters and key stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, agencies, and marketing investment
  • Improve processes, workflows, and campaign delivery standards


Previous Experience

  • Previous experience in entertainment or live events marketing
  • Proven success delivering commercially impactful campaigns
  • Highly organised with strong project and workflow management
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experienced across paid social, search, SEO, CRM, and automation
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and optimisation skills
  • Excellent communicator with promoters, artists, agents, and internal teams
  • Coaching-led, empowering leader
  • Strong at delegation, structure, and accountability
