Claims Manager – Household Personal Lines

We are seeking an experienced Household Claims Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of personal lines household claims within a growing MGA environment. The role will involve oversight of claims performance, customer outcomes, supplier relationships, large loss cases and insurer reporting, ensuring claims are managed fairly, efficiently and in line with FCA requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with insurers, TPAs, loss adjusters and internal stakeholders to drive operational performance, control indemnity spend and deliver strong customer service standards across both standard and non-standard household products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing of household buildings and contents claims
  • Monitoring claims leakage, trends and large losses
  • Liaising with insurers, TPAs, adjusters and suppliers
  • Supporting product, wording and underwriting feedback loops
  • Driving fair customer outcomes and regulatory compliance
  • Supporting process improvement and operational development

Experience within UK household insurance claims is essential.
