Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexible work this Summer Term?

Whether you are an experienced teacher seeking a better work-life balance or an ECT looking to build confidence across different year groups, we are currently recruiting adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming schools in Southampton and the New Forest.

We are working with a number of supportive primary schools who require reliable teachers for day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different school settings, broaden your classroom experience, and find the role that suits you best.

No two days are the same, and the flexibility of supply teaching allows you to choose assignments that fit around your availability and preferences.

The role may involve:
  • Delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Following school planning or delivering your own creative lessons where required
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development
We are looking for teachers who:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have a positive and adaptable approach to teaching
  • Can quickly build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Are confident teaching across primary age ranges
  • Are committed to creating engaging learning experiences

Experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are both encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
