Real Estate Solicitor (Associate)

A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor (Associate level) to join its thriving and supportive team. The Role

As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a key role within the team, handling a broad range of commercial property matters. This includes landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, and providing corporate real estate advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of property documents, including leases, agreements for lease, sale contracts, title reports, deeds of variation, and associated documentation
• Conducting thorough due diligence, including reviewing title documentation, searches, planning information, and managing enquiries
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions, including legal research, drafting, and transaction management
• Contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to support the continued growth of the team

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in real estate or commercial property
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to manage smaller matters independently
• Commercially astute with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
• Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a busy caseload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach
