We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and well-established food manufacturing business based in Shoreham-by-Sea. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for candidates who are reliable, motivated, and looking for long-term, full-time work. While full training is provided, previous experience in food production, manufacturing or similar environments is preferred.

As a Food Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the creation of high-quality food products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, crafting, and assembling food products using cutting, mixing, and production equipment
• Transporting products around the facility using trolleys
• Handling raw ingredients and ensuring they meet quality requirements
• Conducting product quality checks to maintain food safety standards
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining hygiene throughout the production area
• Following all production procedures, SOPs, and quality systems
• Ensuring all staff around you are working to correct standards and safe processes
• Complying with all Health & Safety policies and stopping/reporting unsafe activity immediately

There are various shift patterns for this role: AM (6am-2pm) PM (2pm-10pm) Night (10pm-6am)

• The hourly rate for this role is paying between £13.14- £14.27 per hour
