We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to play a key role in shaping a brand-new specialist school from the very beginning.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and help create an inspiring, nurturing, and ambitious learning environment for children and young people aged 5–19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
With capacity for 96 students, the school is being designed to provide a safe, supportive, and aspirational setting where every learner is empowered to thrive both academically and personally.
About the RoleAs a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging, personalised teaching that supports pupils with autism and associated needs to achieve their full potential.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, therapists, support staff, and families, you will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence, and progress.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for experienced primary teachers with a strong background in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet a diverse range of learning needs while maintaining high expectations for all pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
