CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – TRANSPORT / LOGISTICS

MONDAY – FRIDAY 8AM TILL 4.30PM

We are recruiting for a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE who has previous experience working within the Transport / Logistics industry.

Our client is a busy logistics company based in Birmingham.

Offering a salary of £30k - £32k depending on experience with progression opportunities available.

The Role:

• Answering incoming calls and enquiries
• Managing key accounts
• Making outbound customer calls where required
• Resolving any discrepancies
• Providing excellent customer service
• Updating customers
• Maintaining and updating record

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within Transport / Logistics
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent customer service and administration skills
• Proactive and desire to progress
